Before I begin, yes, I will admit there are extremists on any side of an argument, debate or belief. It is up to us to civilly cancel out their voices and bring to the forefront calm, logical debate that creates answers. That said, it's has been more than a week since the Tuscan, Arizona deadly shooting by an "alleged" deranged gunman named Jared Loughner. Yet today, after definitive proof that he held no conservative or "right-wing" views, nor that he ever listened to conservative talk or news, the left still continues to hammer home the false view of Mr. Loughner's connection to conservative talk.
One of the results of this false rhetoric is that one of the victims has made death threats against a Tea Party leader during the current taping of ABC's "This Week" with Christiane Amanpour. James Eric Fuller, 63, a retired Navy veteran was shot in the back and knee last week that left Congresswoman Gabrielle Gifford (D-AZ) fighting for her life, wounding 14, and killing 6, which included U.S. District Judge John Roll, Gifford's Congressional Aide Gabriel Zimmerman and 9 year old Christina Taylor Green. Mr. Fuller was invited to the ABC event that had Arizona Representative Terri Proud and Tuscan Tea Party leader Trent Humphries discussing the prior week event. Representative Proud was attempting to clarify a statement made on that deadly Saturday about gun control, when Mr. Humphries suggested that they postpone any discussion of gun control until the last of the shooting rampage was laid to rest. It was at this point that Mr. Fuller arose and spoke directly to Mr. Humphries declaring "You're dead!". Security and police immediately moved in to arrest and escort Mr. Fuller out, when he added a final parting shot of "You're all whores!".
Yes, I used the phrase "parting shot". It is not an inflammatory phrase created to incite violence, but a metaphor to create a mental picture with words to describe the heat of the moment. But, do you think this has an iota of meaning to the progressive left, which wants to foist the sins of a Democratic party that created the KKK, segregation and shredding of our Constitutional liberties upon this shoulders of the Conservative movement? I think not.
Point in case, why did ABC invite Mr. Fuller, when he was known to have a temper prone to potentially violent outbursts? Say what? On that deadly Saturday, prior to the shooting, the Naval veteran got into a very heated incident with a Marine, causing Gabrielle Zimmerman, who would later be shot and killed by Loughner, to intervene and separate the two individuals. But, what disturbs me even more, beyond the lack of Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik's duplicitous comments about the incident and shooter or his lack of concern to evidence of the irrational behavior by Loughner beforehand, is the continued lack of public safety by this elected sheriff in the matter of Mr. Fuller. By all news accounts as of the writing of this blog, Mr. Fuller was arrested on Disorderly Conduct and Threat Charges, then escorted to a hospital for a mental evaluation with the hospital deciding as to the release of Mr. Fuller.
What? Release Fuller, where he could pose an equally dangerous threat to public safety? No holding him pending further investigation or charges? Has Sheriff Dupnik learned nothing from the shooting? Where is the outcry from the left concerning the actions of Fuller and his threat to any future Democratic event? Instead, in today's paper there is a McClathy-Tribune editorial by Linda P. Campbell, wherein she writes: "But we need to look beyond debates about what speech is tolerable to what kind of society is tolerable and what any of us can do to achieve it." She further goes on to rail against guns.
So, the answer from the left is "The Tea Baggers are to blame for the violence, therefore we must restrict their free speech and take away their guns." Be afraid, be very, very afraid. They will not be happy until they succeed in crushing the conservative movement, take away your guns, GOD and gut your freedoms. Thankfully, we have started a peaceful momentum that will be the basis to strengthen and repel these attacks to the Constitution. So, "let's Keep On Trucking!"

My Christmas Wish
Christmas Eve - 1-24-2010
For many, as well as ourselves and family, the last 2 years have been very hard. Each blessing we received, we have been so grateful for. Our fiends and family have given us so much support and love as they, too have endured hardships.
I know that everyone of you listening know from whence I speak, since you too have felt the pressure of the last 2 years.
Yet, as we've fought and endured the woes of 2009 and 2010, the gestation of new life has been brought forth. The American Silent Majority has found it's voice again and 2012 will be a new frontier. It will be one of optimism.
But, on this day, I ask you to reflect on the true meaning od Christmas. The birth of a child destined to teach us humility, love and compassion. The birth of a Rabbi who gave his life for the redemption and salvation of his fellow man. A man of purpose whose example gave rise to Christianity.
Tomorrow, we celebrate not only the birth of the Christ Child, but the rebirth of humanity. Without HIM, would our Judeo-Christian Nation, these United States of America have been conceived and born? The principles which brought Enlightenment and formed the principles of freedom our founders fought for, were based upon the teachings of Christ and his Judiac beliefs and foundations. The Rabbi Christ gave birth to Christianity and tomorrow we celebrate his birth.
So this weekend, think not only of the gifts, parties and food. Think of who we may have become without this special birth. Think of the light his teachings and strength have lent to the weakest of us and helped us to overcome the worst adversity and tyrants to find freedom.
This weekend,we must take these realities and beliefs forward throughout the rest of the year and spread love, charity and freedom.

Here we are in a season of winter, the time of death and decline, when life withers. This is the pinnacle, the turn of the page, when life returns and hope abounds.
Today and everyday, remember the men and women who voluntarily place their lives forward to protect us everyday. Those, who even though they may not be Christians, still display the very tenets of Judeo-Christian beliefs which built our Nation. Those who freely place their lives on the line of fire daily. Police, Firefighters and those of all of our armed services... Marines, Navy, Army, Air Force and Coast Guard.
In the name of Christ and Christmas, say a prayer and bless them, while we enjoy our comforts, family and freedom. Pray them come home safe and wish them and each other, as I wish each of you and them.....

OH-klahoma, Why You Should Fear Sharia Law
As usual, another liberal judge is legislating from the bench. The people of Oklahoma overwhelmingly passed Question 755 this past November, which is a State Constitutional Amendment that prohibits the courts from using international law or Sharia law in their decisions. The amendment reads as follows:
"This measure amends the State Constitution. It changes a section that deals with the courts of this state. It would amend Article 7, Section 1. It makes courts rely on federal and state law when deciding cases. It forbids courts from considering or using international law. It forbids courts from considering or using Sharia Law.
International law is also known as the law of nations. It deals with the conduct of international organizations and independent nations, such as countries, states and tribes. It deals with their relationship with each other. It also deals with some of their relationships with persons.
The law of nations is formed by the general assent of civilized nations. Sources of international law also include international agreements, as well as treaties.
Sharia Law is Islamic law. It is based on two principal sources, the Koran and the teaching of Mohammed."
There is a great difference between Sharia, Catholic Canon Law, Hebrew Law and Hammurabi's Code. The Catholic and Judaic Laws are specific and written laws involving their own religious courts, judges and penalties. These laws also recognize the authority of a nation's court upon all people within that nation. Sharia is based upon the writings in the Qu'uran and the teachings of the prophet Mohammed, and subject to extremely broad interpretations. Countries under Sharia Law enforce it upon all people of that country irregardless of their religious affiliations. International law is loosely interpreted to include the laws of any other nation, treaties, pacts and agreements between various nations and/or peoples. Courts in the United States refer purely religious law question to among the specific religion involved (i.e. - Catholic or Hasidim). They by Constitution mandate, cite only Federal, State or Local enacted laws and defer religious cases back to the involved religious court.
For example, a divorce may be granted in an American Civil Court to a spouse and legally recognized. The spouse is therefore eligible to remarry under U.S. law. However, under the spouse's specific religion, the divorce may or may not be religiously recognized or granted. The spouse may not be able to remarry within there original religion, but they are eligible to remarry under another accepting religion and/or an American court/justice of the peace. This is true "Separation of Church and State".
Under Sharia Law, the religion IS the state, there is no separation of one from the other. The interpretation of Sharia Law is as vast and varied as the political ideologue of the ultra conservative as compared to that of the progressive liberal. There are no written unified codes and penalties, structured courts or specified procedures to elect/select judges under Sharia. One Iman will declare Jihad is an inner personal journey of peace and redemption. A different Iman will declare Jihad is a bomb laden vest, promise of Heaven with 20 virgins and the death of any Non-Muslims. Each will claim they are enforcing true Sharia.
Citing international law is equally confusing when one judge may rely on the laws of Spain in a case and a differing judge may cite the laws of Cuba to overturn the previous judges decision. Now, if this doesn't convince you that U.S. District Court Judge Vicki Miles-LaGrange made a really bad decision with her injunction, consider, she completely ignores Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the Constitution, the "Supreme Law of the Land" clause. Muneer Anwad and the Council on Islamic-American Relations (CAIR) in their petition cite the First Amendment, "Prohibiting the free exercise" of religion clause. The logic, is that the amendment creates the impression that Islam is a religion that is a threat to the country.
I say, "What?" No where does the amendment prohibit the free exercise of Islam. It does prohibit the enforcement of Islamic Sharia law within the American court system and upon ordinary citizen of non-Islamic faith. Question 755 re-enforces Article VI of the Constitution. It narrowly specifies Sharia Laws and international laws, which progressives have slowly and insidiously been attempting to use to co-opt the American legal system. It is tacit that freedom of religion exists as long as the exercise of that religion does not cause harm or undue hardship to others. Can that be said of all forms of Sharia Law?

It's NEVER Too Late!
Today on my broadcast of Southern Sense on Blog Talk Radio, I had a caller who felt it was "too late" for the Tea Parties and other conservative groups to undue the damage that the progressive left have done to our country and the Constitution. My guest, Charles Early of the Charleston Tea Party, here in South Carolina and I spent long minutes trying to convince her she was wrong. Here is our argument for hope and change in the "right" direction.
Long before Ronald Reagan realized he was a conservative, there was Ayn Rand who gave us John Galt and her powerful conservative values survive in the Ayn Rand Institute. Enter the Heritage Foundation which continues to fight to counter the progressive agenda. Throw into the mixture a "silent majority" who finally found their voices through the Tea Party conservative movement. When poked and prodded enough by the likes of Nancy Pelosi, Barak Obama and Harry Reid the American People will say enough is enough and act to preserve this Republic. We are silent no more!
It took about a century to get to this stage and it may take just as long to bring these United States of America back to a Constitutional government that our founding fathers envisioned. Every journey begins with a first step to begin the momentum. The warnings of Ayn Rand in "Atlas Shrugged" have been heard and the John Galt in all of us has been awoken. We will act to vote and replace those who seek to destroy the Constitution and thus the Republic. We will educate the public and our children as to what this document contains. It is the foundation of this nation, not a living, flexible document. We will teach our children to be moral and responsible and to respect their fellow man. We will hold our elected and government officials accountable for adhering to the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the welfare of the Republic. Most of all, we will be persistent, outspoken and determined, not relenting to outside pressure, misrepresentation or other tactics that are used against us as they try to cow us into submission. The fight will be handed down to succeeding generations with the understanding we are handing down the Torch of Liberty that our founders entrusted to our care.
It won't be an easy journey. It is long and the pitfalls are many. We must stay true to our beliefs and our souls, for it is the soul of the country we fight for and the liberties our Creator endowed us with. This experiment, this Republic never before existed, nor has it existed elsewhere. Do not let the word "Republic" which, other regimes flaunt in their name' fool you. A true republic only exists when a written constitution works to protect the rights and liberties of the democratically represented people. It is "We the people" at the beginning and "We the people" in the end. It's never too late to preserve this Nation!

What The Left Fails To Understand About Tea Parties
A recent article got my blood boiling! Amy Gardner of the Washington Post fails to understand the heart and soul of the Tea Party Movement. Read the article here.

It is a shame that you did not attempt to contact our group. I am sure that I would have been able to assist you in your research into the Tea Parties. Just as the Revolutionary War began as in ideal and over 2 decades built into our independence, we are slowly changing the face of the nation back to what our founding fathers envisioned for this great country. We DO NOT advocate violence, nor accept bigoted or improper behavior!
As we advocate conservative values, we spread an ideal, reminding our fellow Americans just what made us great. It was conservative values that led to abolition and woman's suffragette. We remind people just how precious our liberties are and how easily they can be snatched from us.
Our strength is in the fact that we are not organized into a single party or organization. No one individual or group can claim all Tea Parties, therefor, none may control us. Our diversity is our strength. For example, Beaufort and Bluffton Tea Parties will not align with or endorse any political party or candidate, where as Hilton Head will. Yet, we unite enforce to promote our core beliefs. Tea Parties are united behind themes of:
Limited Government
Fiscal Responsibility
Individual Liberty & Responsibility
Free Market Economy
Adherence to the Constitution and principles of the Declaration of Independence
Our purpose is to Educate & Motivate:
Educate the voters on upcoming and existing legislation and candidates. We get them interested in the issues as well as our history as a nation.
Motivate the voters to act by getting to the polling places as well as using all avenues of communication with their elected officials, government regulators and media to get their voices heard.
The beauty of the Tea Party is we do not mandate membership to participate. Our web membership may number in the hundreds or less, but our reach is in the thousands. Grandma on the couch can email her congressman and influence a vote much easier than a picketer outside the White House. We are diverse people and groups, yet we unite in purpose.
We were the Silent Majority and because we were silent, we allowed policies to be implemented that has driven the nation in a direction that is not acceptable. We have rediscovered our voice and will be silent no longer.

OMG! Michelle Obama, Esq. Doesn't Know Her Law?
Give me a break. Michelle Obama was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association in 1989 and worked supporting her husbands electoral campaigns, yet doesn't know she can't campaign in a polling place in the State of Illinois? Just who is she kidding? The Board of Elections posts signs establishing a "Campaign Free Zone". Is it possible this Harvard Educated Attorney and inactive member of the Illinois Bar Association failed to understand the simple three word sign declaring a "Campaign Free Zone"? I find it very hard to believe she is so naive.
We are speaking of an intelligent, educated woman who has stood at her husband side campaigning from the start. She knows the laws and the main stream media is turning a blind eye to her flagrant actions. The Illinois Board of Elections has a pamphlet on Voter Fraud which is explicit about preventing Electioneering in a "Campaign Free Zone". As First Lady of this Nation, she does know better and must be held to a higher standard. Let's see if the Board of Elections in Illinois has the courage to act accordingly.

Despite Everything, There Is Hope In The World
While 8 teenager,s who are members of the "Latin Kings Goonies", brutally attacked, beaten, tortured and sodomized two teenage boys and an adult male in New York City, the world continued to count the days that 33 miners remained trapped in a collapsed mine in Chile.
Rescue workers from across the world, including America, responded to calls for assistance bravely issued by President Sebastian Pinera of Chile. (This is a lesson President Obama should learn following the debacle of the BP spill.) Predicting a rescue by Christmas, these brave men and women worked around the clock and beat the time clock by more than 2 months! Yesterday, the first miner emerged from his entombment to tears, cheers and hugs.
Over the next weeks and months stories of the 70 day ordeal of the miners and rescue workers will be told. Stories of bravery, acts of compassion, hope, faith, heroism and determination will re-enforce our belief in the ultimate goodness of mankind. I will keep this in mind and heart as petty quarrels threatened to blossom into major fights and people forget their humanity and act like idiots.
I still believe in the goodness of mankind and will fight the evil of the few. God Bless these miners, their rescuers and all of their families and friends who stood by them.
Rescue workers from across the world, including America, responded to calls for assistance bravely issued by President Sebastian Pinera of Chile. (This is a lesson President Obama should learn following the debacle of the BP spill.) Libturd Attacks Tea Party
An anonymous person emailed me several days ago, after my editorial appeared in the Gazette. They wrote: “I will be attending the Tea Party Rally on Sept. 12. I will be looking to see if the Tea Party representatives and speakers will be speaking to solutions to our nations problems and not be apart of the problem. I will not be looking for gripes, complaints, anti-Obama or racial placards.”
My response to QUEBILL@aol.com was: “You are most welcome to join us, however we will not restrict FREE speech. It is not the responsibility of those who are part of the Tea Party movement to create "solutions". It is our responsibility to make our voices heard to elected officials and candidates so they may form solutions. It is our responsibility to seek out individuals who can lead us out of the quagmire both parties lead us into and support them in their efforts.
We do not tolerate racism and will continue to battle it as we did throughout the civil rights movement, which without us would have been even longer in occurring.

In other words, the type of people who populate the Tea Party movement are the same foot soldiers who fought the Revolutionary War, who supported the Abolitionist movement of the Civil War And who stood shoulder to shoulder throughout the Civil Rights era fighting for equality. Ordinary American Patriots fighting extra-ordinary battles, while being publicly derided and mis-represented.
We seek out capable and honest people who support the foundation of this nation, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. It is our duty and responsibility to find leaders with wisdom, courage and common sense to formulate solutions and implement them. We seek out organizations that espouse the Tea Party principles to help form solutions and support these leaders, such as the CATO Institute and the Heritage Foundation.
Look around you and what do you see? The average Joe. The everyday American. A sleeping giant that was poked into action by irresponsible actions of our government.
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. —
That to secure these rights, Gov’ts are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,”
Our fore fathers knew the extent and limits of our tolerance & when pushed to a certain point, “We The People” would be moved to action. They knew that those of us that have the ability to take action, have the absolute responsibility to act.”
It was President Andrew Jackson who said, “One man with courage makes a majority” Well, We are the Majority and Silent No Longer!
Now, QUEBILL@aol.com, before I introduce our guest speakers, I’ll leave you with one final thought. It was the Renaissance Author Dante who said, “the hottest places in Hell are reserved for those who, in a time of great moral crisis, maintain their neutrality.”
You cannot silence us with your disinformation and veiled threats. We will be Silent No Longer!

Open Invite To All Politicians!
Open Letter To All Politicians
This is an open invitation to all elected officials, as well as current and past candidates to attend the 1st Anniversary 9/12 Rally by the Beaufort Tea Party, this Sunday at 1pm at the Waterfront Park. We always encourage you to attend our rallies! In our first rally last year on July 4th, we made the error of allowing politicians to speak and did not give the people a voice. Since then, in the subsequent rallies, we remedied that error and only allow those who speak not be politicians. We have been pleasantly surprised at the words and wisdom of the voters who spoke.
We whole heartily welcome you to attend and listen to what "We The People" have to say. As a “grass-roots” movement, that has united a silent majority into a political force that is slowly changing the face of politics and policy, we encourage you to listen. Feel free to press the flesh and kiss the babies.
Our members do not care what political party you are with. If you think this is only directed to Conservatives or Republicans, think again! The invitation is open to all politicians. We would like to commend some of those who have attended all of our events, stood in the crowd, listening and answering, one on one: Mayor Billy Keyserling, City Councilwoman Donnie Beer, County Councilman Paul Sommerville, and State Representative Shannon Erickson.
