Doug Briney began like so many other musicians, singing in church. His first solo was when he was two years old. He continued singing throughout high school and then graduated in 1988 from Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College as a Vocal Music Major. During his college days, Doug had the opportunity to sing with a gospel quartet and travel all over the western half of the USA. He also had the unique opportunity to sing with the San Diego Opera Chorus. After graduating Doug went on and has spent the next 23 years leading worship in churches and pastoring.

This show is dedicated to Staff Sgt. Robert J. Paul and Sgt. 1st Class Meredith L. Howard of the 364th Civil Affairs Brigade who were deployed last spring to Afghanistan. They died there Sept. 8, 2006, when a bomb-laden vehicle exploded near their armored Humvee.
Special Guest: Bettina Viviano - Bettina Viviano has had a successful career in entertainment as a producer and literary manager for twenty-five years. She began her career at the prestigious William Morris as an agent trainee, before moving on to Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment, where she attained the position of Vice President of Production. At Amblin, Bettina worked on such movies as Back to the Future 2 and 3, Cape Fear, Land Before Time, Schindler’s List, Always, Roger Rabbit, Indiana Jones 3, etc.
After leaving Amblin, Bettina became a literary agent at BBMW, representing writers and directors. In 1990 she began her own production and management company, Viviano Entertainment, Inc. and since has sold pitches, scripts books, etc. for millions of dollars on behalf of her clients. As producer, Bettina has made a long list of movies including Three to Tango, Mom’s Got a Date With a Vampire, Family Sins, Strange Hearts, Nightmare Man, Alibi, and Caught in the Act. She currently has many high level studios pictures in development and is producing Freedom House for Reliant Pictures/MGM, starring Terrence Howard, Jack and Jill starring Adam Sandler, and indie film American Crawl to be directed by Bradley Novicoff in the Fall of 2008.”

The National Citizens Initiative - The Wrong Answer

The National Citizens Democracy Initiative is a fools dream of giving the people a true voice in their governance. In truth it demolishes the Republic and replaces it with mob rule. It is the majority party that will control government which means it would require a leader and that in turn creates a tyrant. When that happens, individual inalienable rights cease to exist and the citizen will find they have relinquished all control to an elite few.
Government is best that governs least. To return our true freedoms and to increase our individual voices in government, we need to enforce the Constitution based upon the foundation our Founding Fathers created. The three branches of government have strict enumerated powers, which they have consistently violated, force them back into those strict confines and enforce the 10th Amendment of State sovereignty. When you do that government will shrink and power will return to the States. Then it is up to the people of each state to challenge their government and return the powers to the localities, cities, towns & villages.
Freedom will return and individual voices will have regained power. It wont be easy or swift and it will take the will of strong community leaders to begin the legal battle, but it can be done. There is no easy answer, but turning us into a Fascist or Socialist state is definately not the one we need to pursue!
