You Never Know......

You get involved in your daily life, meetings here, shopping there, this and that..... Life happens. And then your world comes crashing down.  The phone rings and everything you hold dear seems about to evaporate.  This call happened to me, when my Dad fell, and ended up in the hospital awaiting emergency surgery.  Helpless and hundreds of miles and an sea away, you are left sitting by the phone awaiting the doctor's or your family call.  Minutes seem like days, days, like months, the wait is heart wrenching.

During the time you are waiting and envisioning the worst you come to realize the small things no longer matter.  What matters are those you love and cherish.  Maybe we aren't so petty after all, but just need that kick in the pants to remind us!  At this time, Dad has had hip replacement and the prognosis is good.  With God's will we will enjoy together life and love for a long time coming.  Every now and then we each need a good kick in the pants!

My Christmas Wish


Christmas Eve - 1-24-2010

For many, as well as ourselves and family, the last 2 years have been very hard.  Each blessing we received, we have been so grateful for.  Our fiends  and family have given us so much support and love as they, too have endured hardships.
 I know that everyone of you listening know from whence I speak, since you too have felt the pressure of the last 2 years.

Yet, as we've fought and endured the woes of 2009 and 2010, the gestation of new life has been brought forth.  The American Silent Majority has found it's voice again and 2012 will be a new frontier.  It will be one of optimism.

But, on this day, I ask you to reflect on the true meaning od Christmas.  The birth of a child destined to teach us humility, love and compassion.  The birth of a Rabbi who gave his life for the redemption and salvation of his fellow man.  A man of purpose whose example gave rise to Christianity.

Tomorrow, we celebrate not only the birth of the Christ Child, but the rebirth of humanity.  Without HIM, would our Judeo-Christian Nation, these United States of America have been conceived and born?  The principles which brought Enlightenment and formed the principles of freedom our founders fought for, were based upon the teachings of Christ and his Judiac beliefs and foundations.  The Rabbi Christ gave birth to Christianity and tomorrow we celebrate his birth.

So this weekend, think not only of the gifts, parties and food. Think of who we may have become without this special birth.  Think of the light his teachings and strength have lent to the weakest of us and helped us to overcome the worst adversity and tyrants to find freedom.

This weekend,we must take these realities and beliefs forward throughout the rest of the year and spread love, charity and freedom.

We are One Nation Under God which our founding Fathers hoped to secure.  Today and Tomorrow, we celebrate and honor our Christianity and the sacrifice that Christ and those who in the name of Humanity were born and gave their lives for us, what greater gift can one give? 

Here we are in a season of winter, the time of death and decline, when life withers.  This is the pinnacle, the turn of the page, when life returns and hope abounds.

Today and everyday, remember the men and women who voluntarily place their lives forward to protect us everyday.  Those, who even though they may not be Christians, still display the very tenets of Judeo-Christian beliefs which built our Nation.  Those who freely place their lives on the line of fire daily.  Police, Firefighters and those of all of our armed services... Marines, Navy, Army, Air Force and Coast Guard.

In the name of Christ and Christmas, say a prayer and bless them, while we enjoy our comforts, family and freedom.  Pray them come home safe and wish them and each other, as I wish each of you and them.....

Stop The Mosque At Ground Zero!

Although the Imam who wants to build the mosque near ground zero has the Constitutional Right to do so, he has a Moral Right to respect the honor and wishes of the victims and citizens of the United States.  He refused to acknowledge that Moral Right.

However, that said, we must understand why they are so insistent on that location.  It is the tradition of all Islam to build a mosque directly upon the place of victory and conquest.  This is the very reason why we must use any and all methods to prevent it from being built and to take a hard look at any alternative locations offered in the future!

Hey NAACP, What Planet Are You Living On?

Recently the NAACP has voted for a resolution to denounce the Tea Parties as White Racists and gun toting violent groups.  Say WHAT?  Did anyone bother to tell the hundreds of thousands of Black Republicans and Conservatives?  Did anyone tell the National Black Republicans, AACONS (African-American Conservatives), the Hip Hop Republicans or the Fredrick Douglass Foundation?  What about the large number of Black Conservatives running for the Senate and Congress, such as Colonel West or Star Parker?

I doubt sincerely that one single member of the NAACP has ever attended a Tea Party, much less spoke in an equitable dialogue with a Tea Party organizer.  Yes, many of us are licensed gun owners, but that does not mean we will ever advocate violence, especially if based upon racial discrimination.





We can turn blue in the face reminding the NAACP that it was the Republican Party that was the party of abolitionists and civil rights.  But revisionists will always be deniers and refuse to see the truth.  As long as we hold the truth and our beliefs  in our hearts and depart it to our children then in time history will vindicate us and villify the destructive elements in our society.  Keep your faith strong, Patriots!

Heck, I can't be as eloquent as Wayne Bradley and he has a far better vantage point to argue with the NAACP.  So read his blog at "Conservative is Cool" and let him tell it like it is!
