The United Nations Refugee Resettlement program is suppose to be voluntary with input from Federal, State and local governments and citizens. However, the Obama administration is ignoring the guidelines and dumping un-screened refugees on unwitting communities.
The burden on local resources has local government scrambling to cover their budget gap, as un-assemulated aliens form closed enclaves.
